These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded between Carbunar & Diel GbR, Innstraße 69b, 94032 Passau, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") regarding the purchase and use of digital products offered on the website www.identitytransmutation.com.

The contractual language is English.

The Provider exclusively sells digital products (such as e-books, digital guides, online courses, templates, etc.), which are made available to the Customer immediately after purchase in digital form.

The digital products are provided for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use without the express written permission of the Provider is strictly prohibited.

The product presentations on the website do not constitute legally binding offers but serve as a non-binding invitation to place an order.

The Customer can add products to the shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting the order, the Customer can review and modify the entered data using the provided correction options.

A binding contract is formed when the Customer submits a purchase by clicking the order button ("Purchase Now") and the Provider confirms the purchase via order confirmation email.

The Provider does not store the full contract text in a retrievable form. Customers are encouraged to save or print the order details and Terms and Conditions for their own records.

The delivery of digital products takes place immediately after successful payment. Access is provided either via download link or direct product access.

All prices displayed are final prices and include any applicable statutory VAT.

Payment is processed via the payment methods offered on the website. Payment handling is performed by the service provider Stripe.

There are no additional shipping costs or hidden fees.

Upon purchase of a digital product, the Customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use.

The products are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reproducing, making publicly accessible, or using the products for commercial purposes without the Provider's explicit consent is prohibited.

For digital content, the Customer’s right of withdrawal expires if the Customer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin fulfilling the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the digital product is provided.

The Customer is explicitly informed of this during the order process and must actively confirm their consent.

As a result, returns and refunds are not possible once the digital product has been delivered.

The Provider is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breaches of duty.

For all other damages, the Provider’s liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded unless essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) are affected.

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in strict compliance with applicable laws, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

The Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Passau, Germany.
